NrcorsoN Regional Chemist Department, I Elliot Place, Glasgow G3 8EJ This report summarises the activities of Public Analysts during 1984 in the investigation of foods for residues of pesticide treatments. Detectable residues of pesticides were found in a wide range of foods, although only a small percentage exceeded maximum residue limits.
