Abstract
Wexen (Public Analtst’s Loborator)’, Countl; Hall. Preston) Seven new or amended Regulations which are of interest to Public Analysts were made during the year 1966. In addition, several Proposals for Regulations and Reports olthe Food Standards Committee and ofthe Food Additives and Contaminants Committee rvere published by the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food. The new Regulations were:- The Salad Cream Regulations, 1966. The Mineral Hydrocarbons in Food Regulations, 1966. The Colouring Matter in Food Regulations” i966. The Skimmed Milk with Non-Milk Fat (Amendment) Regulations, 1966. The Antioxidant in Food Regulations, 1966. The Cheese (Amendment) Regulations, 1966.
